Description

You will design and architect end-to-end automation solutions for UI, API, data, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using design patterns and best practices.
• Evaluate and optimize licensed and open-source automation tools to meet business requirements.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines through collaboration with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Drive AI/ML-based solutions such as intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and predictive defect detection.
• Define QA automation standards, governance, and mentor engineers in advanced solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in test automation across UI and API layers.
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, or C#.
• Expertise in developing automation frameworks using design patterns like POM, Singleton, and Factory.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, Tosca, UFT, or TestComplete.
• Experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience working within cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Technical proficiency in Testing, Automation, Jmeter, Loadrunner, and Docker.
• Ability to manage escalations and provide technical leadership to influence QA strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-based automation approaches including self-healing and NLP-driven test generation.
