Description

You will design and lead the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across business processes, applications, and networking environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce technical frameworks and components, including Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Define and document technical architecture, design specifications, and infrastructure standards focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor Salesforce org health, performance, and governor limits to provide remediation recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Reactjs, Nodejs, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and Rest Api integration patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloudflare.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading solution integrators to ensure implementations align with client requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Ability to map functional requirements to Salesforce features and provide guidance on integration and platform adoption.
