Description

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle implementations within the supply chain planning domain. You will own the solution design, fit-gap analysis, and go-live execution for o9 solutions platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level solution design and validate options aligned with business requirements.
• Lead functional design approval processes and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Gather business requirements and liaise with client managers to define the implementation landscape.
• Manage the solution lifecycle from initial blueprinting through to go-live.
• Prepare and review technical and functional documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture or implementation roles.
• Deep conceptual understanding of Supply Chain Planning.
• Proficiency in creating Python plugins for o9 solutions.
• Experience with o9 Reference Models: Demand Planning (R2020.09) and Supply Planning (R2020.09).
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) and Control Tower (R2020.12).
• Technical expertise in ETL and integration technologies, including SSIS and Reference Product Integration (R2021.10).
• Strong knowledge of Python and ETL processes.
• IBPL expertise (minimum 3/5 scale).
• Proven ability to interface directly with customers and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading implementation teams.
• Familiarity with o9 Project Implementation Methodology and blueprinting.
