Description

You will design enterprise application architectures, component designs, and system integrations for business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical system designs, including sequence diagrams and data models.
• Capture requirements for data, workflows, logical processes, hardware, and cloud topologies.
• Translate business needs into automated solutions and produce technical estimates.
• Coordinate new system development to ensure integration with existing applications and COTS solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to develop roadmaps and strategies supporting agency KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and solution-level architectural design.
• Hands-on experience with C#, Web Services (WCF, Web API), and JQuery.
• Proficiency with T-SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Angular, Blazor, or similar front-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Architecture, including App Services, AKS, Container Instances, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Experience with Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Competency with XML constructs, schemas, and API protocols (SOAP, REST).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, or ARM Templates.
• Proven experience working within SAFe architecture and Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Project Online API.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitoring and Application Insights.
