Description

Design application architectures, component designs, and system integrations for enterprise business solutions. Own the full lifecycle from conceptual design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical system designs, including sequence diagrams and data models.
• Define requirements for data, workflows, hardware, operating systems, and hybrid/cloud topologies.
• Translate business needs into automated solutions by collaborating with cross-functional Enterprise Architects.
• Coordinate new system development to ensure seamless integration with existing applications and COTS solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise security and technology patterns, including roadmaps to support agency KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and systems integration.
• Proven experience with SAFe architecture and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in C#, Web Services (WCF, Web API), jQuery, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST API protocols and XML constructs.
• Experience with Microservices, Azure Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Blazor, or similar front-end technologies.
• Experience with Azure native services including App Services, AKS, Container Instances, and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services: API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Competency in configuration management using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, or ARM Templates.
