Description

You will design enterprise application architectures, component designs, and systems integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create overall application architectures, component designs, and systems implementations.
• Capture requirements for data, workflows, logical processes, and hybrid/cloud topologies.
• Produce design artifacts including technical estimates, sequence diagrams, and data models.
• Coordinate new system development to ensure integration with existing applications and COTS solutions.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to develop roadmaps supporting agency KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and solution-level architectural design.
• Hands-on experience with C#, Web Services (WCF, Web API), JQuery, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with Azure SQL Database and cloud-based environments.
• Experience with Microservices, Azure Architecture, and Domain Driven Design.
• Technical expertise in Azure native development (App Services, AKS, Container Instances).
• Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Monitoring/Application Insights.
• Competency with XML constructs, schemas, and API protocols (SOAP, REST).
• Experience with configuration management using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, or ARM Templates.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Angular, Blazor, or similar front-end technologies.
• Experience with Project Online APIs.
