Description

Design and implement enterprise application architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document solution architectures, including component designs, system integrations, and technical estimates.
• Translate business requirements into automated solutions by analyzing data, workflows, and system interfaces.
• Produce design artifacts such as conceptual, logical, and physical system designs, sequence diagrams, and data models.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align new system development with existing applications and COTS solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to prototype, architect, and design applications that meet agency KPIs and security patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise and solution-level architectural designs.
• Proven work experience with SAFe architecture and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience linking cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
• Strong competency with XML constructs, schemas, and API protocols including SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of relational database design, management techniques, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements analysis, and methodology development.
• Understanding of SaaS environments and system/software quality assurance best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy solution architecture considerations and strategic roadmap development.
• Strong project management skills and exposure to project lifecycle models.
