Description

You will design and architect cloud-native solutions using Java and Spring Boot to meet evolving business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Manage AWS solutions focusing on EKS, Elasticsearch, and RDBMS for scalability.
• Guide development teams in implementing complex software while following enterprise standards.
• Map end-to-end business processes and evaluate new technologies or frameworks.
• Participate in architectural reviews, technical discussions, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience across the full SDLC.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles engaging with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience designing Java and Spring Boot in cloud-native environments.
• Strong expertise with AWS services, specifically EKS, Elasticsearch, and RDBMS.
• Proven ability to architect scalable cloud-native applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mapping complex end-to-end business processes.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Camunda, Flowable, or Red Hat Process Automation Manager.
• Leadership experience providing strategic planning, oversight, or managing offshore/globally distributed teams.
• Experience leading customer workshop sessions on technology trends and best practices.
