Description

Lead technical design and system integration for the MN Crash system and its replacement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development staff through training, knowledge transfer, and task delegation.
• Design and architect system solutions, including technical requirements, modeling, and testing for enhancements.
• Manage integration efforts between state agencies, municipal/county police, and third-party public safety vendors.
• Partner with stakeholders to design solution elements and manage data integration for replacement systems.
• Size work for program increments and sprints within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role.
• 4+ long-term engagements (6+ months each) in an Enterprise Architect role.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead developer.
• 3+ years architecting application solutions supporting multiple clients across different business units.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Agile methodologies, and Project Management.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to manage complex hardware, software, and engineering interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Previous architect or development experience within a state or government agency.
