Description

You will design and implement technical solutions across on-premise, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Produce solution options for project leadership, defining the benefits and tradeoffs of each proposal.
• Design detailed architecture artifacts including logical, conceptual, and integration diagrams.
• Lead governance activities and participate in architecture design reviews.
• Collaborate with product management to plan sprints, high-level design, coding, and QA strategy.
• Maintain and extend automated CI/CD pipelines to improve product delivery.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures for 24/7 high-availability services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Information Technology.
• Expertise in Architecture, Python, Java, and Go.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and Git.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, or Lucene.
• Experience managing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Splunk and APM tools.
• Ability to design for high availability and business recovery, including backup and restoration procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing interactions within highly matrixed environments across interdependent services.
