You will lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical oversight during project execution to ensure solution alignment with architecture.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models for ServiceNow.
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, proposing tailored ServiceNow solutions to clients.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of IT architecture experience, with 6+ years specifically on ServiceNow.
• 6+ years in a presales or client-facing role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations (REST APIs, workflow automation).
• Experience with web services, data integration, and third-party ServiceNow integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and ServiceNow integration with cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in functional presales, including leading discovery sessions and delivering demos.
