Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions and translate stakeholder requirements into technical architectures.
• Provide technical oversight during project execution to ensure alignment with established standards.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, governance models, and best practices.
• Act as a technical advisor in presales, leading discovery sessions, delivering demos, and proposing tailored solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT architecture experience, including 6+ years specifically on ServiceNow.
• 6+ years in a presales or client-facing role with a proven track record in functional presales.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations using REST APIs and workflow automation.
• Experience with web services, data integration, and third-party ServiceNow integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and ServiceNow integration with cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading complex discovery sessions and delivering technical demos to clients.
