Description

Provide technical leadership for migrating MOVEit jobs to Snowflake by designing repeatable, codified migration patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated ETL/ELT logic and data pipelines to manage data collection, quality, and monitoring.
• Build a migration factory using codified scripts and common plugins to accelerate job migrations.
• Develop data frameworks on the cloud and provide design inputs to improve client implementations.
• Write and review technical documentation, including requirements, design documents, and data standards.
• Coordinate with source system teams to resolve data issues and manage dependencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Warehousing.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and ELT using Snowpipe.
• Proficiency in implementing stored procedures and standard DWH/ETL concepts.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake features including RBAC, resource monitors, virtual warehouses, query tuning, Zero Copy Clone, and Time Travel.
• Proven experience in Snowflake migration projects and data migration to cloud data warehouses.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MOVEit job migration.
