Lead architectural design and technical implementation for large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce architectures within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Lead AWS cloud migrations involving microservices, event streaming, and serverless frameworks.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and call center applications, including IVR, chat, and digital channels.
• Manage complex application deployments using containers, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Oversee implementation of customer experience management and content management systems.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of professional experience in solution, application, and architecture roles.
• 3+ years of Salesforce architecture-specific experience with a Salesforce Architecture Certification.
• 3+ years of development and architecture experience in Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience using EC2, S3, EKS, OpenShift, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and CFT.
• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience, including 2+ years with Java and Angular.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformations involving APIs, microservices, and event streaming.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, containers, and serverless frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of customer behavior analytics tools like Google Analytics, Medallia, or Clarabridge.
