Description

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead enterprise-scale Dynatrace observability deployments across distributed microservices and multi-cloud environments
✔ Configure and optimize APM instrumentation, PurePath tracing, Smartscape topology mapping, and full-stack observability
✔ Build and maintain dashboards, management zones, tagging strategies, and alerting profiles
✔ Implement Davis AI configurations, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation workflows
✔ Develop Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM) solutions for web and mobile applications
✔ Manage Dynatrace Grail, log ingestion pipelines, retention policies, and log management capabilities
✔ Integrate Dynatrace with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and Microsoft Teams
✔ Build OpenTelemetry (OTel) integrations and custom plugins
✔ Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipeline
✔ Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
✔ Apply SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response best practices
✔ Develop RCA documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 9+ years of Dynatrace implementation experience
✅ 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
✅ Strong hands-on expertise with AWS & Azure cloud environments
✅ Experience with Python scripting and automation tools
✅ Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security practices
✅ Experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow
✅ Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery environments
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
