Description

Lead enterprise-scale Dynatrace observability deployments across distributed microservices and multi-cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize APM instrumentation, PurePath tracing, Smartscape topology mapping, and full-stack observability.
• Build and maintain dashboards, management zones, tagging strategies, and alerting profiles.
• Implement Davis AI configurations, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation workflows.
• Develop Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM) solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools, and messaging platforms.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Dynatrace implementation experience.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security practices.
• Experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) integrations and custom plugins.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning.
• Implementation of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
