Lead technical architecture for digital solutions, translating business needs into scalable application roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture initiatives across multiple value streams, such as Agile Release Trains.
• Define Non-Functional Requirements, ensuring performance, availability, scalability, and security are incorporated into the design.
• Oversee the evolution of architectural roadmaps, balancing feature development against technical debt reduction.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors, guiding Proof of Concepts and discovery work.
• Communicate and present technical solution blueprints to business partners, leadership, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on consumer-facing enterprise-level application development experience.
• 6+ years in architecture, including leading technical architecture initiatives for multiple value streams.
• Expert understanding of architectural methodologies and best practices.
• Significant experience designing server applications, including APIs, micro-services, containers, databases, and cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency with distributed computing architectures, covering race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control.
• Experience with modern API patterns, specifically RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT, and other DevOps principles.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical designs to all stakeholders.
