Description

You will lead technical architecture initiatives for multiple value streams, ensuring successful product deliveries and defining non-functional requirements. You will own build vs. buy evaluations, oversee architectural roadmaps, and mentor architects and senior engineers on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define technical blueprints for complex systems, including APIs, microservices, containers, and distributed computing architectures.
• Evaluate high-level technical feasibility, identify blockers, and translate product requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Establish and evangelize architectural standards, guidelines, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability) across Agile Release Trains.
• Guide Proof of Concepts, technology evaluations, and vendor assessments while balancing feature development with technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Developers, QA, and DevOps stakeholders to resolve architectural issues and drive successful releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise application development experience.
• 4+ years of recent experience in Solution Architecture with AWS and AI Technology.
• 6+ years leading technical architecture initiatives for multiple value streams.
• Deep expertise in designing server applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency in distributed computing concepts including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, GIT, and DevOps principles.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical designs to business partners and engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe practices and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory compliances including ADA, PCI, PII, and PHI.
