Description

Lead the design and development of the content pipeline and digital publishing workflow. You will architect scalable solutions to source, process, and deliver diverse legal content types.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines to convert various content formats into consistent schemas for web-based delivery.
• Lead software development, technical, or product management teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Transform high-level product requirements into actionable technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Architect, build, test, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure software applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on CMS, ETL design, or digital publishing pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of XML and XSLT for document format conversion.
• Experience with SQL schema design and optimization, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure including Lambda, Step Functions, AWS Glue, and S3.
• Experience with IaC frameworks such as Terraform, Pulumi, Serverless Framework, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Ability to independently deploy distributed applications on AWS.
• Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues within distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
