Description

Lead the design and development of scalable content pipelines and digital publishing workflows. You will architect ETL systems to process legal content and drive technical team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines to source, process, and deliver legal content from internal and third-party sources.
• Convert diverse content formats into consistent schemas for web-based delivery using XML and XSLT.
• Translate high-level product requirements into actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical and product management teams to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee internal and external technical teams while optimizing engineering processes and technical controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on content management, ETL design, or digital publishing pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Strong expertise in XML and XSLT for document format conversion.
• Experience with SQL schema design and optimization, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including Lambda, Step Functions, AWS Glue, and S3.
• Proficiency with IaC frameworks such as Terraform, Pulumi, Serverless Framework, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Proven ability to architect, build, test, and deploy scalable distributed applications on AWS.
• Demonstrated experience leading software development or technical management teams.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security principles.
