Description

Lead high-level design, reference architecture, and implementation for Identity Access Management, API Gateway, Application Security, and Public Cloud programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design patterns that promote flexible customer experiences, workflow orchestration, and reusable components.
• Define methodologies and best practices for non-functional requirements including performance and scalability in the DevOps pipeline.
• Conduct research, discovery, and prototyping of new technology solutions and evaluate open source or vendor products.
• Collaborate with business, IT, Engineering, and SRE teams to design solutions for the entire customer lifecycle.
• Build secure API integrations and ensure alignment and adoption of solutions across the GTS group.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, and Identity Federation.
• Hands-on experience with API Gateway solutions and secure API integration.
• Deep knowledge of Application Security and Public Cloud Architecture.
• Proficiency in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud Architecture.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML modeling for personalized customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mobile and Web architecture.
• Proven track record of driving technical thought leadership and best-in-class architecture.
