Description

Manage requirements gathering and technical project lifecycles within a production support development environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA analysts.
• Elicit, document, and refine business requirements, acceptance criteria, and software documentation.
• Own project documentation and manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects.
• Facilitate meetings to solicit feedback, present information, and capture requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience managing large technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience using JIRA to manage assignments and tasks.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans.
• Understanding of basic business financials.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into concise, unambiguous documentation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams through envisioning to deployment.
