Description

You will lead complex technical projects, serving as the primary point of contact for scope management, system integration, and onsite resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite resources by creating detailed daily schedules and directing installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze customer operational requirements to design system configurations and recommend product utilization strategies.
• Oversee project scope and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on tasks and milestones.
• Install, configure, and test systems while managing data conversion and reconciliation processes.
• Identify project risks, develop escalation communication plans, and research software issues to provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system implementation, IT management, or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience with system implementation and IT management.
• Knowledge of PMP and Scrum Master methodologies.
• Experience managing purchasing, inventory, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of business operations and accounting practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders in English.

• Experience in the hospitality industry or with related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with specific product line implementation.
