Description

You will function as a Solutions Consultant providing technical guidance on customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement or administer customer experience/support platforms or similar full-stack customer facing solutions.
• Design system architectures, workflow automations, and functional blueprints.
• Manage data integration processes, including ETL, data migration strategies, and data mapping.
• Integrate solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and work with middleware integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions/technology consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Help Desk, Accounting, Analytics, or Project Management business applications.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and building reports/dashboards.
• Experience integrating solutions via API (REST/SOAP) and middleware.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, Groovy, Golang, C, C++, or React.
• Experience with .NET Framework or Spring Boot application building frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
