Description

You will design, build, and optimize enterprise search and AI applications on the Glean platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered search systems using NLP, machine learning, and deep learning to improve user intent understanding and result accuracy.
• Integrate search systems with diverse data sources including databases, document repositories, cloud storage, and enterprise applications.
• Build custom generative AI applications and agents securely and at scale on the Glean platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations and support end users through troubleshooting, workshops, and training.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise search engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Glean, specifically regarding indexing, query processing, and search optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with AI/ML techniques including natural language processing (NLP), information retrieval, and ranking algorithms.
• Experience with databases and cloud storage.
• Knowledge of data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and optimizing search algorithms for scalability and large data volumes.
