You will own the delivery of technical solutions supporting business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of identified solutions supporting business needs.
• Ensure developed solutions comply with architecture guidelines, specifications, and quality requirements while using Volvo standards and platforms.
• Provide functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, including scope and time estimates.
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and integration testing to meet requirements prior to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure products and solutions function correctly.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional work experience analyzing computer hardware and software.
• Expert level proficiency in writing user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong understanding of large datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for End-to-End processes in the TDP area.
• Identify and propose features and solutions to fit the TDP product.
• Document and monitor requirements updates, such as legal or customer experience changes.
