Description

You will build and maintain demo and proof-of-concept environments to enable Solution Consulting and Sales teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Demo and POC environments for field-based Solution Consulting and Sales teams.
• Act as internal Gainsight Admin for the Solutions Engineering Operations POD across various product suites.
• Configure and maintain internal and cross-functional master demo environments with new releases.
• Analyze data and design solutions to align with specific business needs and use cases.
• Customize demos and build out-of-box integrations to drive technical sales success.

Required Skills

• 1.6 - 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, databases, and data integration processes.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zendesk.
• Ability to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions.
• Strong communication and consultative presentation skills when engaging with stakeholders.
• B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gainsight administration.
