Description

You will act as a technical advisor and product expert supporting business development and partnership onboarding. You own the technical lifecycle for customers from pre-sales and product demos to onboarding and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and defined user flows.
• Guide channel developers on Wix APIs, architecture, and integration flows during implementation.
• Lead the preparation and execution of migration processes to the platform.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and roll-out plans.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams through long, complex sales processes.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and large enterprise customer environments.
• Deep understanding of online presence, including websites, e-commerce, and online marketing.
• Technical proficiency with APIs and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to present technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for designing solutions and solving technical problems.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours to support multiple time zones.
