Description

You will own the development, optimization, and enablement of the Glean enterprise search application, focusing on custom features and AI integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered search systems using NLP, ML, and deep learning to interpret user intent.
• Design and build custom generative AI applications and agents securely at scale on the Glean platform.
• Integrate the search system with diverse data sources, including databases, document repositories, and cloud storage.
• Optimize search algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability while ensuring data security and privacy compliance.
• Conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions, workshops, and office hours to enable internal users and gather feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise search engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Glean, including indexing, query processing, and search optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with AI/ML techniques for search, including natural language processing (NLP), information retrieval, and ranking algorithms.
• Familiarity with databases, cloud storage, and data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and translate user needs into solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building custom generative AI apps and agents.
• Background in developing user training materials, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
