Description

You will lead the secure, scalable deployment of our platform within US client environments, owning the full technical lifecycle from Proof of Value through to enterprise rollout.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the platform in on-premise and SaaS client environments.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support regarding deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues.
• Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration for business intelligence insights.
• Provide technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, guiding clients from POV through full enterprise deployment.
• Input technical expertise into Product and R&D to ensure deployment architecture aligns with client requirements and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading technical deployment, DevOps, or SRE teams in B2G or B2B enterprise software.
• Extensive experience installing and deploying software in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• High proficiency in Linux systems and command-line tools.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks for government or financial services.
• Ability to establish governance across technical delivery and documentation standards.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or integrations.
• Fluency in Spanish.
