Lead technical implementation and architecture of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow implementations, including application onboarding and customizing workflows, rules, and reports.
• Design and develop custom connectors, workflows, and software to meet specific client requirements.
• Execute attribute mappings between source systems and SailPoint IDN and perform integration testing.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, preparing product documentation, test cases, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM technology issues and support the deployment process.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity Management deployment.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) implementation and governance.
• Proven experience architecting SailPoint IDN implementations and using Provisioning Integration Modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in custom connector development for SailPoint.
• Strong hands-on scripting skills, specifically with Python.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with HRMS and ServiceNow applications.
• Practical knowledge of Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive implementation experience.
