Description

Lead technical pre-sales activities and act as a trusted advisor to solve customer business challenges through technical design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to execute opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, RFPs, and design documentation.
• Lead technical and product sales by recommending best-practice solutions and guiding customers on API implementation.
• Build and present interactive, complex product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer pain points and design solutions that address them.
• Create reusable presentations and mentor less experienced engineers within the community.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex technical products, or 10+ years in technical product delivery or consulting.
• Experience building with REST APIs.
• Backend development experience in Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Web development experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics through engaging storytelling and technical presentations.
• Experience with sales methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and cloud application architecture.
• Experience working with Enterprise level accounts.
