You will provide technical support and integration for enterprise clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support an expanding portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Integrate into the Technical Support Team to resolve client issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot network configurations and security protocols.
• Configure and manage VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency with DNS and DHCP protocols.
• Experience configuring and managing VLANs.
• Knowledge of HTTPS and web security.
• Experience working with firewalls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments.
