Description

Lead architecture and design standards to align with business strategies. You will own the development of methodologies and procedures for Solutions Design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project Solutions Design standards, methodologies, and procedures.
• Provide direction and coaching to project teams on design methodology and documentation.
• Evaluate compliance with organizational technology and design standards.
• Collaborate with Architecture, InfoSec, and Engineering disciplines to align design processes.
• Facilitate the development of architecture required to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and business/industry work.
• Deep subject matter expertise across multiple IT technical areas.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Architecture, InfoSec, and Engineering intersections.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with organizational management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on SDLC experience including systems analysis and development.
• Healthcare industry experience.
