Description

Manage technical reviews, analysis, and execution of customer initiatives for the San Antonio, TX office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews and analysis of customer requests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Monitor project performance and adjust resources to maintain intended impacts.
• Design and create reports using SAP, ARM (WMIS), and Service Suite data.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop contract proposals and manage technical contracts for customer initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical system inner workings.
• Proficiency in Tableau and dashboard development.
• Expertise in writing and managing large contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, database, presentations, scheduling).
• Experience with SAP, ARM, and WMIS.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to groups and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Subject Matter Expert experience in customer service, energy/utility engineering, or program management.
