High Availability & Clustering

• Configure, optimize, and maintain Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) and Network Load Balancing High Availability & Clustering (NLB) to ensure maximum uptime for critical business workloads.

Server Lifecycle Management

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012,2016/2019/2022) operating systems and associated Server Lifecycle Management Intel/x86 hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco).

Identity & Access Management

• Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and user permissions Identity & Access Management

Migration Planning & Execution

• Review/Validate inputs on which servers/groups can be migrated in progressive migration and migration

approach to be used

• Review and support on Runbooks for window server migration

Migration Dry run and Cutover Window

• Troubleshooting and triaging, fix issues on windows server and build automation for issue resolution

• Support migration of Windows server from on premise to AWS Cloud, set up/provision AWS resources for Windows servers

Monitor & Troubleshooting

• Monitor system performance using diagnostic and telemetry tools, resolve L2/L3 escalations, and conduct
