You will manage information processes and optimize workflows within analysis laboratories for clients in Campania, Puglia, Calabria, and Sicily. You own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize information processes in analysis laboratories.
- Analyze processes and document functional requirements.
- Validate and test integrations with external systems.
- Create and modify application reports.
- Interface laboratory analytical instrumentation with LIS systems.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience as a Solution Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to gather information and understand customer needs quickly.
- Flexibility and aptitude for planning and control.
- Good writing skills for drafting project documentation.
- Managerial and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Public Administration or Healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
