Description

You will manage information processes and optimize workflows within analysis laboratories, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to operational support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize information processes in analysis laboratories across Campania, Puglia, Calabria, and Sicily.
• Analyze existing processes and document functional requirements for system improvements.
• Validate and test integrations between laboratory instruments and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Create and modify application reports to support data analysis and operational needs.
• Provide operational support and interface with clients to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a Solution Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
• Ability to gather information quickly and understand complex customer needs.
• Flexibility and aptitude for planning, control, and project coordination.
• Good writing skills for drafting clear project documentation and functional specs.
• Managerial and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Public Administration or Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
