Description

You will provide application support for Sophis systems, ensuring stability and resolving technical issues within capital markets environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Sophis applications based on established procedures and monitor application health.
• Manage support tasks using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Utilize SQL and scripting to resolve technical issues and debug errors.
• Adhere to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Monitor system performance using tools like DataDog or Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in Sophis application support.
• Deep knowledge of Sophis applications.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, or ITRS).
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Understanding of Capital Markets domain.
• Knowledge of job scheduling tools like Autosys.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex incident resolution in capital markets.
• Scripting skills for automation of routine support tasks.
