Description

You will own talent acquisition sourcing for technical and non-technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using Boolean search and social platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize roles and submit top-tier candidates.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing metrics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical or general recruitment sourcing.
• Proficiency in Boolean search strings and advanced job board filters.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent searches.
• Experience in high-volume or rapid-growth hiring environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience sourcing for engineering or product roles.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and CRM tools.
