Description

You will own the technical sourcing and candidate engagement lifecycle for Hexagon Search’s technology and automotive divisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume and targeted sourcing strategies to build a qualified pipeline of candidates for Full Stack and Key Account roles.
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to verify technical fit and experience levels.
• Manage end-to-end candidate communication, ensuring a professional experience from first contact through to interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine job descriptions and sourcing criteria based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing.
• Proven track record of sourcing for Full Stack Development and Key Account Management roles.
• Expertise in using Boolean search techniques and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of the technology and automotive recruitment landscape in India.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global clients and adhering to strict SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a high-growth recruitment agency or startup environment.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM tools for talent management.
