Description

You will own sourcing events, supplier management, and commercial execution for assigned categories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and execute RFQs/RFPs to evaluate supplier proposals.
• Perform total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support pricing and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and standard commercial terms with suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end procurement transactions, including PO creation, requisitions, and vendor records.
• Coordinate with engineering, project teams, and operations to align on supply chain risks and inventory positioning.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data reporting.
• Experience creating purchase orders and maintaining vendor records in high-volume environments.
• Ability to perform supplier evaluation, contract execution, and supply risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
