You will lead strategic vendor relationships and complex commercial negotiations to support data center and robotics operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex contracts, including MPAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Drive the supplier proposal process through RFIs and RFQs to reach final award decisions.
- Own market and actual cost data by developing should-cost models for data center equipment.
- Manage supplier performance using scorecards, regular business reviews, and QBR metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing quality, and facility operations to ensure assurance of supply.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management in commercial roles.
- Extensive experience in contract strategy development and closing complex agreements.
- Proficiency in robotics and automation technology and its integration with supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with RFIs, RFQs, award decisions, and closing MPAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Technical proficiency in SAP, Oracle, SQL, or BI tools to build and maintain supplier scorecards.
- Proven ability to use cost models and objective-based performance measures, specifically within semiconductor or memory commodities.
- Strong analytical skills for managing cost/market analytics and risk reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Robotics and Automation, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- MS or MBA degree.
- Deep expertise in advanced supply chain operations including forecasting, qualification, allocation, and materials management.
- Experience with robotics/AI commercial models, including software licensing and telemetry requirements.
