Sourcing Manager

You will lead sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes to identify and select vendors.
• Negotiate cost-effective agreements and contract terms with suppliers and legal teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze market data, supplier portfolios, and competitive benchmarks to identify savings.
• Review statements of work (SOW) and technical drawings to align sourcing packages.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement cycles and contract management.
• Understanding of business law, commercial terms, and legal procurement considerations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, or ITSM methodologies.
