Description

This role owns developing and executing sourcing strategies for professional services and indirect categories.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional services and indirect categories.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with global suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Monitor spend, track savings, and report on procurement KPIs.

Required Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in professional services or indirect categories.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of contract law and supplier risk management.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement systems (e.g., Coupa).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word & PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
