Description

You develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional services and indirect categories, owning the full procurement lifecycle from strategy to contract execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with global suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and compliance monitoring.
• Track spend, identify savings opportunities, and report on procurement KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in professional services or indirect categories.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of contract law and supplier risk management.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement systems (e.g., Coupa).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
