Description

You will manage the procurement process for PCBAs to support space industry projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PCBAs to meet specific project requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance regarding delivery, quality, and cost.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align sourcing with technical specifications.
• Execute cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of procurement experience with a focus on PCBAs.
• Technical understanding of Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes and components.
• Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Background in Supply Chain Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
