Description

You will lead the initial sourcing phase for all recruitment cycles, specializing in US visa and work authorization pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines specifically for H1B transfers.
• Coordinate with OPT candidates to facilitate placement.
• Guide US citizens and manage Green Card processes.
• Handle direct sourcing for H4/L2 EAD candidates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Extensive expertise in H1B transfers.
• Hands-on experience working with OPT candidates.
• Direct experience handling H4/L2 EAD candidates.
• Knowledge of Green Card (GC) processes.
• Proficiency with EAD and H1B documentation requirements.
• Ability to work the 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST shift.
