You will identify and recruit qualified personnel to support team growth and organizational objectives at the Americas Site in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit best-fit candidates to drive team growth.
• Support the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Establish and maintain communication with external resources to build a sourcing network.
• Build professional relationships to secure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Certified English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
• Strong proactive approach and interpersonal skills.
• Must live in Bogotá and be willing to work on-site at the Americas Site.
