Description

You will manage the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment process for information technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess technical skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and collaborate with HR to manage the onboarding process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on IT positions.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• HR or recruitment certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS.
